Slip-Ons for 2016 RG Ultra CVO

Post: # 211Post AJRock »

When I bought my RG it had RC Exhaust 4" slip-ons. I've been experiencing some decel popping and working with @smitty901, I was able to find a metal failure/degradation in one of the slip-ons (see pics). Also included with my purchase were the OEM slip-ons and a set of Rinehart 4" slip-ons. I installed the Rinehart's yesterday and they don't have baffles. Since it was raining, I wasn't able to road test them so I fired it up in the garage. My wife thinks they're quite loud, lol! Rinehart sells a couple baffle kits for these slip-ons; DBX and Quiet for Touring. https://rinehartracing.com/collections/baffles-1 Anyone have experience with Rinehart's and these baffles?

If this doesn't pan out, I may install the OEM slip-ons and call it good.

My local dealer sells a shitload of Rinehart's. They push them on all their Touring sales. I'll be in there next couple days and ask what they're seeing and know.

My last two TC 110s I ran Fullsac 2" cores in the stock cans as I like the looks of stock and the sound and performance of the Fullsac power cores.
